Job Title: Care Assistant

We're seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Help with medication management and administration
  • Support clients with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

  • No prior experience in social care is necessary - we'll provide comprehensive training
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
