About this opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our team at Gleeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the costs and budgets of our construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and maintenance works.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering high-quality cost management services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet customer requirements.
  2. Managing projects and delivering high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with business procedures.
  3. Cost planning and settlement of final accounts.
  4. Administrating contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
  5. Identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth across the Business Units activities.
