Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve store objectives and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure all company standards and policies are implemented and maintained, including health and safety protocols.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ultimately driving business success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment, preferably in a discount retail setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations, including sales analysis and inventory management.
