Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Kingston Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team to provide high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement engaging learning activities and environments
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children
  • Contribute to the development of the nursery's policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
