About the Role:

As a Graduate Microbiologist with Randstad Inhouse Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our consumer household brands and personal hygiene products. This involves applying cutting-edge techniques such as solid-phase cytometry and Next-Gen Sequencing.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or Bioanalytical Science (or related field) and possess laboratory experience. A strong understanding of GMP regulations is essential for this role.

This is a competitive opportunity offering a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum. You can also expect benefits such as Monday to Friday working hours, 32 days annual leave accrued weekly, long-term assignment opportunities, free on-site parking, canteen facilities, and access to employee benefits.

  • Degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or Bioanalytical Science (or related field) with laboratory experience.
  • Skills in modern methods such as cytometry and Next-Gen Sequencing, as well as traditional microbiology techniques.
  • Experience generating quality data and statistical analysis in a GMP lab environment.
  • Able to analyze problems using the scientific method and develop effective learning plans.
