About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join our New Homes Team in either Taunton or Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of property sales via auction, transfers of equity, and business client transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload, ensuring timely completion and resolution of client due diligence issues.
  • Take ownership of the full lifecycle of each transaction, from reviewing key documentation to managing completion.
  • Proactively drive forward each transaction, ensuring a clear understanding of client requirements and recognising the unique elements of their instructions.
  • Liaise with unit leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders to maintain smooth and efficient progress throughout each transaction.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver first-class client service and ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • A driven individual with 12 months experience in conveyancing or a related legal role.
  • Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
  • Experience managing sales via auction, transfers of equity, and transactions for business clients is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
