Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Specialist to join our Home Sales team in Taunton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own clients and caseload, providing exceptional service to our clients, and working closely with our housebuilder and social housing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own clients and caseload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to produce high-quality work.
  • Provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with our housebuilder and social housing clients, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with junior members of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Conveyancing role, preferably in a busy and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and ability to learn new databases and software packages.
  • Minimum of 6 GCSE passes at grade C or above (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
