Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, identify project objectives and benefits, and develop 'as-is' and 'to-be' process maps.
  • Requirements Elicitation: Use various techniques to gather and validate business requirements for IT products.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the project team, stakeholders, and 3rd party suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including project updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of requirements eliciting techniques, project delivery methodologies (agile and waterfall), and Microsoft core products.
  • Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks.
