Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Air Charter Service. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying and documenting business requirements, gathering and validating data, and producing process maps to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building knowledge of the business, its products, processes, and SOPs
  • Identifying and documenting project objectives and benefits
  • Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements for various IT products
  • Producing 'as-is' and 'to-be' process maps
  • Creating wireframes and mock-ups to support business requirements
  • Liaising with the business and 3rd party suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Raising potential project risks, issues, and blockers
  • Collaborating with the wider project team members and providing support when required
  • Triaging and validating bugs
  • Carrying out peer reviews and sharing knowledge
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Good knowledge of requirements eliciting techniques and project delivery methodologies (agile and waterfall)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft core products
  • Experience of working within IT project teams
  • The ability to plan and co-ordinate multiple tasks
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High-level of creativity, adaptability, and persistence
