Job Title: Ecommerce Coordinator Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising our online presence across multiple ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and others. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day operations of our online stores, ensuring accurate and compliant product listings, inventory management, and timely restocking. * Conduct keyword research and optimise product listings to improve search rankings and visibility on each platform. * Implement strategies to enhance product discoverability and conversion rates, including promotions, deals, and discounts. * Track and analyse sales performance, customer reviews, and overall marketplace health, generating regular reports on key metrics. * Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to maximise marketplace potential, conducting competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends. Requirements: * Proven experience of managing online marketplaces, specifically Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. * Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving marketplace performance. * Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing strategies. * Proficiency in using marketplace management tools and analytics platforms. * Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
