Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Energy Senior Associate to join our team. As an Energy Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing energy efficiency advice to vulnerable residents across London via home visits and/or telephone consultations.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while working with a reputable company. The role involves managing a team of energy advisors, ensuring they deliver an excellent service, achieve their targets, and meet project KPIs.

You will be supporting team members to achieve their professional goals, reporting updates on the team's performance, and analysing data and trends with client managers. Regular one-on-ones with team members will be essential to ensure their development and high performance standards are met.

In addition, you will be responsible for keeping up-to-date with policies to ensure smooth running of the team, reporting and managing complaints, and feeding back resident feedback to Client Managers and Team Managers in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of energy advisors
  • Ensure team delivery of excellent service, targets, and project KPIs
  • Provide support to vulnerable residents across London via home visits and/or telephone consultations
  • Support team members' professional growth and development
  • Report team performance updates
  • Support client managers with data analysis and trend identification
Requirements:
  • Practical skills and passion for helping vulnerable individuals
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency for tailored advice provision
  • Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification (desired)
  • Comfortable with lone working and effective workload management
  • Fully clean driving license required
