Senior Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Elite Recruitment Solutions in Exeter City Centre. As a key member of our lettings department, you will play a vital role in driving our success by leading a team, managing high-value client relationships, and overseeing complex negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor junior lettings negotiators to achieve exceptional results.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment that drives growth and success.
- Act as the point of contact for escalated client matters, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Manage key landlord relationships, meeting their expectations and delivering exceptional service.
- Negotiate and finalise high-value rental agreements, leveraging your expertise and market knowledge.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Assist in forecasting rental market shifts and adjusting strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Contribute to agency strategic planning and decision-making, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and laws, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Demonstrated leadership in motivating lettings negotiators and fostering team collaboration.
- Proven experience contributing to strategic decision-making in real estate.
- Strong client management skills, handling high-level interactions and complex inquiries.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and data analysis for informed decisions.
- Experience maintaining service quality and adherence to company standards.
- Proven ability to manage key landlord relationships and negotiate high-value agreements.
- Proficient in using data analytics tools to track KPIs and create management reports.
- Skilled at building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Passion for connecting tenants with ideal properties.
