Senior Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Elite Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our lettings department, you will play a crucial role in driving our success by leading a team, managing high-value client relationships, and overseeing complex negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor junior lettings negotiators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment that encourages open communication, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the point of contact for escalated client matters, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that client needs are met.
  • Manage key landlord relationships, meeting their expectations and building trust through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Negotiate and finalise high-value rental agreements, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities to help drive business growth.
  • Assist in forecasting rental market shifts and adjusting strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Contribute to agency strategic planning and decision-making, ensuring that the lettings department is aligned with the overall business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and laws, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership in motivating lettings negotiators and fostering team collaboration.
  • Proven experience contributing to strategic decision-making in real estate.
  • Strong client management skills, handling high-value client relationships and negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
