Store Service Advisor

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Service Advisor to join our team at END. in Glasgow. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Network with customers to develop new relationships and exceed sales targets.
- Support the store team in maximizing sales and enhancing the company profile.
- Provide exemplary service techniques and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Assist with other store operations, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Share product knowledge with customers and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury fashion or a related industry.
- Ambition within the retail function and a desire for career development.
- Sociable and charismatic with excellent communication skills.
