About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Lookers Audi Hamilton. As a key member of our Service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough vehicle health checks using the latest technology to identify any potential issues.
- Perform vehicle services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
- Carry out additional repairs as authorized by the customer, ensuring all work is properly documented and warranty repairs are completed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Take customers' vehicles on road tests to ensure all faults are rectified and the vehicle is safe to drive.
- Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
