Company Overview: Lookers Audi Hamilton is a division of Lookers, a leading automotive retailer in the UK, representing 32 different manufacturer brands and operating over 150 dealerships throughout the UK and Ireland.
Work Location: Audi Hamilton
Employment Type: Permanent
Compensation: Basic salary ranging from £33,000 to £35,000, with potential earnings up to £41,000 including on-target earnings.
Working Schedule: Monday to Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays on a rota basis for overtime opportunities.
As an Automotive Service Technician at Lookers Audi Hamilton, you will become a vital member of our skilled workshop team, responsible for performing vehicle health assessments, servicing, and repairs utilizing state-of-the-art technology. You will report directly to the service manager and benefit from ongoing support, career advancement opportunities, and specialized training programs, including Hybrid & Electric vehicle training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive vehicle health assessments with advanced technology.
- Performing vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
- Executing additional repairs upon customer authorization.
- Ensuring warranty repairs adhere to manufacturer guidelines with thorough documentation.
- Taking customer vehicles for road tests to confirm all issues have been resolved.
- Completing all necessary paperwork with precision and attention to detail.
