We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operative to join our client\u2019s team in Buckingham. This is a temp to perm role, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff after 12 weeks.

As a Manufacturing Operative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with hand tools, such as nail guns
  • Operating heavy machinery
  • Building pallets and other products

The working hours for this role are:

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 17:00
  • Friday: 07:30 - 11:30
  • Overtime over 40 hours is paid at £14.95 per hour
  • All Saturday hours are paid at £17.25 per hour
  • Attendance bonus is also paid after 12 weeks

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the timber industry
  • Experience in manufacturing
  • Confidence working with tools
  • Good physical health and fitness
  • Ability to work on your feet all day
  • Good communication skills and ability to understand English
