Workplace Health and Well-being Consultant

Drs Ltd is seeking a talented Workplace Health and Well-being Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving quality and safety standards, delivering targets, and modernising our service provision.
The estimated salary for this position is £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and health cash plan.
Key Performance Indicators:- Quality and Safety Standards:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve quality and safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Service Provision:
- Deliver high-quality occupational health services to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new service offerings.
- Targets and Modernisation:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
