About This Opportunity

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a skilled Polishing Specialist to join our team. As a Polishing Specialist, you will be responsible for operating machine polishers and performing detailed hand polishing as required.

Job Description:

This is a full-time opportunity that requires excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement and proven experience in paint defect correction, paint thickness measurement, and finishing techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machine polishers and perform detailed hand polishing as required.
  • Adhere to established processes, enhancing overall product quality.
  • Meet deadlines for high productivity and support team.
  • Comply with Health and Safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
  • Collaborate with paint department to resolve quality issues.
  • Complete required documentation and identify potential obstacles.
  • Undertake additional tasks as requested by management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong background in quality improvement and communication skills.
  • Prioritize tasks under pressure and work effectively in a team.
  • Proven experience in paint defect correction, paint thickness measurement, and finishing techniques.
  • A positive approach and effective teamwork skills.

Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
