Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the household staff, including recruitment, performance, and coordination
  • Coordinate events, travel, and purchases for the household
  • Handle private matters, including diary management and maintenance
  • Deal with suppliers and contractors, negotiating quotes and ensuring the best deals
  • Update the household book and assist staff in performing their duties
Requirements
  • 6-7 years+ experience in a senior private PA position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High standards and attention to detail
  • Discretion and professionalism at all times
