Job Overview:

CPU Design Engineers play a pivotal role in driving innovation and development of modern microprocessors at ARM.

We are seeking a dedicated, versatile individual with strong technical leadership and in-depth understanding across multiple aspects of CPU design for the position of Principal CPU Design Engineer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and building hardware RTL designs for low-power and area efficiency, writing and reviewing documentation, and providing planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of CPU IP.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on proficiency with System Verilog, Verilog, or VHDL HDL for RTL design
  • Expertise in synthesizable design, low-power design, and area efficiency
  • Strong technical leadership and in-depth understanding across multiple aspects of CPU design
  • Ability to write and review documentation, provide planning, tracking, and reporting
