We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Reception Team Member at the Hilton Aberdeen TECA. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure that all brand standards are maintained, and excellent standards of customer service are delivered.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office Manager and other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
