Job Title: Clinical Neuropsychologist

Shire Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to work in a CQC-rated "Good" neurological rehabilitation centre in Northeast Surrey.

This centre provides specialist residential care to individuals with complex physical, sensory, cognitive, and emotional difficulties. The service also offers rehabilitation care to those on the stroke pathway or neurological rehab pathway, with the goal of helping them gain independence.

Service users may be on the sub-acute stroke pathway, people following acquired brain injury or spinal cord injury, with length of stay varying from 4 weeks to 2 years.

The appointed Clinical Psychologist will lead a small Psychology team and hold a small caseload. Clinical work will include neuropsychological assessments, formulation, and intervention (inpatients and community-based).

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, part-time applicants will be considered

Salary: £50,900 - £57,300 FTE

Requirements:

Clinical Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration and post-qualification experience working with neurological conditions, ideally within a rehabilitation setting.
