Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Car Park Management Supervisor to join our team at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Car Park Management Policy, working closely with the Travelwise Manager to ensure seamless integration with our Travel Action Plan.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, car parking, or logistics, with a minimum of A Level or NVQ Level 3 qualification. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement the Car Park Management Policy, working closely with the Travelwise Manager.
  2. Lead the Car Park Strategy Group (CPSG) to ensure effective decision-making and implementation of the Car Park Management System.
  3. Work with the Travelwise Manager to integrate the Car Park Management System with external bodies, including Leicester City Council and public transport providers.
  4. Develop and implement reports to support financial, governance, and real estate needs, including reconciliation of permit costs and car park lease requirements.
  5. Establish mutual working with the Travelwise Manager to deliver the Car Park Management Policy, including regular review of all things Car Park Management System reporting wise.

Person Specification

  • Minimum A Level or NVQ Level 3 qualification in facilities management, car parking, or logistics.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
