We offer a competitive salary for this English Teacher position, estimated to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated English Teacher to join our team at a well-regarded secondary school in Dartford. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering high-quality lessons using various approaches to enhance teaching and learning.

You will monitor student progress, keeping accurate records of assessment outcomes and targets set at regular intervals in line with Academy policy. Your goal will be to enable all students to achieve their full potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in English or a related field;
  • Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications;
  • Proven experience of teaching English at the secondary or higher education level;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
