About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Harmonize Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility
  • Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with domestic tasks
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to customers, and engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and social care teams to ensure seamless care and support
Requirements
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable)
  • Availability to work full-time (7 am to 10 pm) and every other weekend
  • Kind and compassionate nature, with a strong commitment to providing excellent care and support
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
