The Recruitment Co is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with young people with low self-esteem and challenging behavior, and will be able to provide a high-quality service delivery that meets the diverse needs of our service users.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide leadership and management to the residential team, ensuring that they are equipped to provide a high-quality service to our service users.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure the safety and well-being of our service users.
* Work closely with other teams to ensure that our service users receive a comprehensive and coordinated service.
* Manage budgets and resources to ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
* Ensure that our services are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and good practice.

**Requirements:**

* Substantial and current experience of working with young people with low self-esteem and challenging behavior.
* Experience of working in a residential setting for at least 2 years in the last 5 years.
* Ability to communicate in community languages or non-verbally.
* Ability to manage change and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Ability to support and develop staff effectively.
* Ability to understand and interpret budgets.
