The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of groundworks, concrete finishing, and plant operation tickets. They will be responsible for supervising a small team of operatives, ensuring a safe working environment, and carrying out tasks assigned by the overseeing operatives/Foreman. The successful candidate will have a CSCS Gold supervisor card, SSSTS or SMSTS certification, and experience in site preparation for bases, foundations, and trenches. Preferred qualifications include a CSCS Gold Supervisors card, SMSTS, IPAF 3a 3b ticket, EUSR ticket, cat and jenny ticket, safe digging, manual handling, and first aid at work. The company offers a competitive pay rate, paid holidays, pension, training, and a secure regular income. The role is available on a PAYE basis, with day and night shifts available.
