Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker Assistant to join our team. As a Support Worker Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will work closely with our experienced Support Workers to provide personalized care and support services that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance to clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Assist clients with accessing community resources and services, such as healthcare, education, and employment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in support work.
