Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Assistant to support our Housing Management Accounts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information, maintaining effective financial systems, and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide financial information and support to the Housing Management Accounts team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including colleagues and external partners
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend actions to remedy shortfalls in service delivery
- Support the management accounting function within the team
- AAT part/fully qualified or equivalent level of qualification
- Previous experience in a similar transactional finance role, with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Outstandingly organized with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic user of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
- 25 days annual leave (rising to a maximum of 30 days) plus public holidays (pro rata)
