">Job Description
">The Electrical QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for executing the Project Quality Plan in compliance with project specifications, procedures, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and method statements (MSs). Key responsibilities include:
">- ">
- Maintaining standards of safety and complying with Project's Health, Safety, and Environment Management System requirements.">
- Reporting to Site Quality manager and liaising with construction teams for quality issues.">
- Verifying that inspections are performed to the extent defined within ITPs by appropriate staff using calibrated equipment as required.">
- Inspecting materials/equipment during receipt, verifying compliance with requirements, monitoring preservation of equipment during storage/handling and after installation.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">The successful candidate will have experience working on major electrical works projects, power plants, or O&G industry. Previous experience in electrical inspection activities, completion systems, and hazardous area installations is essential. Working knowledge of construction standards, codes of practice, regulations/legislation, and BS/IEC/ISO/API/ATEX/EEMUA codes and standards relating to electrical and instrumentation work is required.
