About Our Client

We are partnering with a prominent asset management firm specializing in delivering flexible capital solutions to drive business growth, industries, and markets. As one of Europe's leading private debt managers with a growing institutional investor base, the team is seeking a technically skilled Investor Relations Analyst or Associate to contribute to their exponential growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing marketing materials such as investor presentations, private placement memorandums, pitchbooks, investor presentations, PPMs, RFPs, and DDQs
  2. Conducting market and competitor research to inform investment decisions
  3. Preparing bespoke quarterly investor reports and portfolio data analysis
  4. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  5. Assisting with content creation for investor-related events such as AGMs, LPACs, and quarterly calls
  6. Contributing to technology development and managing the CRM platform
Requirements
  1. Strong academic background with previous experience in investor relations, placement agent, or asset management
  2. Knowledge of or exposure to private markets is beneficial, but not required
  3. Excellent financial acumen with the ability to communicate complex data to investors
  4. Highly organized with exceptional project management skills
  5. Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
  6. Strong communication skills with an excellent command of verbal and written English
  7. Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
