Regional Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Growth Manager to join our team at Micheldever Tyre Services Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and achieving targets in the franchised dealer channel.
About the Role- Develop and implement regional growth strategies to support existing customers and identify new opportunities;
- Work closely with key accounts to deliver growth and maintain strong relationships;
- Utilise reporting tools to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions;
- Implement corrective actions to prevent sales decline and future growth plans;
Our ideal candidate will have experience working with dealers to deliver KPIs and projects to tight deadlines, as well as a demonstrable understanding of the automotive sector.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45-49K per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent bonus and benefits.
