Clinical Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Optometrist to join our well-established practice in Epsom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eye care services to our patients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Optometrist looking to work in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will have the freedom to manage your patients' care, utilizing advanced equipment such as Optomap, OCT, Tonometer, and digital slitlamp. Our state-of-the-art Optix computer system will enable you to streamline your workflow and provide personalized care.
Key Responsibilities:
- To conduct thorough sight tests and provide accurate diagnoses to patients.
- To prescribe and dispense lenses and contact lenses, taking into account patients' specific needs and preferences.
- To work collaboratively with our Dispensing Optician to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Optometrist registered with the GOC.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a focus on clinical excellence.
About Us:
Zest Business Group is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a positive work environment. We offer a competitive salary between £50,000 to £65,000 per annum, plus bonus.
