Job Opportunity

Morgan Financial Search is pleased to present a high-profile Corporate Finance role within a leading UK market leader in the Distribution sector. The company is seeking a talented professional to join its Group Project Finance team as an In-House M&A Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Group's accelerated Acquisition 'buy & build' growth strategy, working closely with the Group CFO and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Market research and analysis to identify potential target companies for acquisition.
  • Financial appraisal and business performance analysis of target companies.
  • Direct approach to potential acquisition targets and negotiation of deals.
  • Due Diligence support and preparation of transaction documentation.
  • Involvement in deal negotiation and completion.
  • Support for other key Strategic Projects, including investment appraisals and business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a high-calibre Corporate Finance professional with experience in an Accountancy or Independent CF firm, looking to make the career step into Industry/Commerce. Key attributes include:
