Join Our Team as a Land Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring land for our future developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Locate and evaluate raw land and developed lot acquisition opportunities
  • Prepare and present acquisition proposals to landowners, developers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct due diligence evaluations and inspections of land and lot acquisition targets
  • Develop and maintain a database of landowners, real estate brokers, and other key contacts
  • Collaborate with engineers and land planners to design and layout conceptual plans for new residential subdivisions
  • Stay up-to-date with municipal land use codes and ordinances
  • Participate in departmental strategic planning and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in urban planning, landscape architecture, construction management, business management, or related field
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project locations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in land acquisition or project management a plus
