Job Title: Employee Relations Advisor

At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract. This role could potentially extend to 6 months.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling employee relations cases, particularly in the areas of disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and manage employee relations casework
  • Deliver comprehensive support services for casework, including disciplinaries, investigations, and resolution
  • Support the communication of the ER strategy and engagement within staff networks
  • Coach line managers through ER processes to avoid escalation

Requirements:

  • Strong employee relations experience, including disciplinaries and investigations
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR Advisory roles

Working Arrangements:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible hours)
  • 2/3 days working from home
