Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Emergency Medical Technician to join our Hazardous Area Response Team (HART) as a critical care paramedic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in complex and hazardous situations, working closely with other emergency service teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised care plans
  • Lead on the clinical and operational development of students and staff, providing mentorship and education in practice
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Hold a valid HCPC registration as a Band 6 Paramedic
  • Have a minimum of two years' experience in emergency ambulance operations
  • Hold a full manual driving licence, valid in the UK, including vehicle categories C1 and B
  • Meet the specified requirements for physical fitness and resilience
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, a pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
