Business Support Administrator Opportunity

Thames Water is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to cover a maternity leave position for a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of extending up to 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operational team in the Thames Valley North Wastewater Area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and verify data, records, and information obtained from various sources to support business requirements.
  • Report on financial spend and provide administrative support to the operational team.
  • Coordinate facilities within the organization and support staff locally and remotely.
Requirements:
  • Previous working experience in secretarial and administrative support.
  • Flexibility, positivity, self-motivation, and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
What You'll Bring:
  • Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and procurement systems (software training can be provided).
  • Hourly pay rate: between £12.00 per hour depending on experience.
  • Required start date: ASAP.
  • Hours: 36 Monday-Friday.
