Job Title: KS1 Lead Practitioner

Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced KS1 Lead Practitioner to work closely with school leaders and teachers to deliver excellent KS1 lessons and support the professional development of the curriculum.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Raise standards and outcomes in Key Stage 1 through effective teaching and leadership.
  • Build sustainable capacity of teachers and leaders by delivering CPD and supporting their professional development.
  • Work effectively with school leaders to develop teaching and learning practice and communicate key messages to stakeholders.
  • Consistently demonstrate a high standard of teaching and curriculum development across our academies.
  • Provide challenge and support to colleagues to drive up standards in all areas.
  • Report on standards and quality of provision to senior leaders.
Requirements:
  • QTS in Primary Education
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
  • Must have worked in UK schools as a KS1 Teacher
  • At least 2 graded references covering 24 months of employment
