Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Asset Manager to join our team at Grainger plc, a leading property company in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the asset management of our commercial property portfolios, working closely with our Director of Freehold & Commercial and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update our strategy for the BTR commercial element at monthly meetings with Fund and Asset Managers, including live reporting schedules.
  • Day-to-day management of existing commercial property portfolio, including marketing and reporting.
  • Undertake new lettings, sales, acquisitions, lease renewals, rent reviews, and lease re-gearing.
  • Present a business case for commercial refurbishments and instruct and oversee works through to completion.
  • Survey and valuation of potential acquisitions.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of commercial property experience.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office packages and property management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
