Job Title: Head of Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Head of Insurance Delivery to join our team at Westone Housing Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our Operations team and driving operational excellence.

About the Role:
  • Lead a high-performing Operations team from hiring and onboarding to mentoring and accelerating their professional development.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage the Delivery Team resource, forecast, and plan to meet changing requirements.
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to Time, Cost, and Quality requirements in line with the commercial model agreed.
  • Collaborate with the Companies Leadership Team to support the Company strategy.
  • Drive performance in the Sector to ensure annual targets are met or exceeded.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including company pension, employee discount, on-site parking, and wellness programmes.
