- Assist in creating property brochures, including uploading photos, descriptions, and floorplans for property listings
- Organize and manage administrative tasks to support the wider office team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain and update property systems
- Provide general office support, including handling phone and email enquiries, and assisting with customer queries
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills and familiarity with basic software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail with an ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role, demonstrating transferable skills
