We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team at Premier Inn in York City. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure the hotel rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Monitor and control cleaning costs to ensure they are within budget.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to our guests.
