The role is based at the Infantry Training Centre in Catterick Garrison, where you will work closely with military and civilian personnel to ensure that all necessary safeguarding policies and procedures are in place. Your expertise will be crucial in representing the Infantry Training Centre at relevant meetings and ensuring compliance with Governmental and Army Safeguarding policies.
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will lead on Infantry Training Centre Safeguarding Policy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive training programmes and presentations on safeguarding responsibilities. Your exceptional organisational skills will enable you to multitask effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
We are offering a salary of approximately £35,290 per annum, which includes contributions to the Civil Service Defined Benefit Pension scheme. As a valued member of our team, you will benefit from a range of perks, including 25 days paid annual leave rising to 30 days after five years' service, access to the Employee Assistance Programme, and enhanced parental and adoption leave.
