CV Library, a leading construction contractor, is seeking an experienced Construction Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to our success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and negotiating tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in the market.
  • Conducting site visits across the UK to gather information that may impact pricing, such as access and service locations.
  • Producing Bills of Quantities and analyzing subcontractor quotations to ensure inclusion and exclusion details are accurate.
  • Preparing tender reports, construction programs, and other necessary documents.
  • Collaborating with clients and attending pre and post-tender interviews to understand project requirements.

This position requires a valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification. The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum based on location and experience in Newtown, UK.
