Senior AWS Solutions Architect

As a Senior AWS Solutions Architect at Amazon, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures and solutions for our customers. You will work closely with customers, developers, and the open-source community to design and deploy serverless application workloads on the AWS Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate best practices defined in the AWS Well-Architected Framework into utilities that simplify the integration of best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Engage with customers to understand their serverless application requirements and provide guidance on implementing best practices using Powertools for AWS Lambda.
  • Contribute to the open-source community by participating in discussions, addressing issues, and reviewing pull requests related to the project.
  • Promote the adoption of Powertools for AWS Lambda by creating documentation, tutorials, workshops, or demos at customer events.
  • Mentor and guide developers and architects in implementing serverless best practices and leveraging Powertools for AWS Lambda effectively.

About the Team:

The Powertools Solution Architects belong to the AGS Tech Acceleration Solution (TAS) global organization. TAS is focused on improving builder productivity and accelerating customer adoption through automated tools and dashboards and emerging technologies. TAS org strategically combines solutions builders in the AGS tech org into one unified group that plans, builds, and delivers tools and solutions on a global scale.
