We are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to join our team in Cambridge, working closely with our Commercial Director and Junior Quantity Surveyors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage pre-construction, tendering, and delivery of projects, ensuring strong contractual and payment knowledge.
  • Lead and support Junior Quantity Surveyors in their roles.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management position.
  • Proven experience with various contracts, including JCT, D&B, and NEC.
  • Experience working on Fit Out projects, preferably in the Commercial, Education, or Retail sectors.
  • Ability to support and manage younger colleagues.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £70,000 - £80,000.
  • A bonus scheme that rewards performance and achievement.
