Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and preparing food and beverages according to formula standards. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of colleagues to ensure efficient task completion.
- Ensuring colleagues adhere to uniform regulations and provide cover during busy periods or absences.
- Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to Food Safety policies.
- Preparing coffee, food, and beverages according to formula standards.
