Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer - Medical Devices

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new manufacturing processes, improving existing ones, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process instructions and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the medical sector.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
